spot scars

Hi there

does anyone know a good solution for getting rid of scars on your face left by spots? I have loads of smooth red scars on my face from where spots have been and no amount of exfoliating seems to be getting rid of them!

a friend of mine is having treatment at the doctors as he aslo has the same problem, im nt quite sure wat it is but its some sort of medication or something tht clears up spots and scars.......... but u will have to ask ure doctor 4 more info!
