Fibromyalgia is quite common in my family, my mother and several of her siblings have been diagnosed with it. All take very strong Opiate painkillers and all still have pain and problems relating.
Usually you would see a Rheumatologist at your local hospital for review of meds and treatment but I am pretty sure there isn't much you can do.
