Hard Pooh For 3 Days

I have been drinking at least 2 litres of water per day but my pooh is hard as anything.. Why is this? I haven't changed my diet although I have been drinking quite a lot of Kratom tea. Its driving me mad as a hatter. What will stop this curse?

It's most definitely the Kratom as I've had the same problem as I don't make the tea anymore and toss and wash. How many grams do you usually take and I'm guessing you toss and wash also? On another note did you hear that the Queens blanket ban on psychoactive substances also include Kratom and Nootropics? It obviously isn't her as she wouldn't know what they are but whichever cretin did this needs to be fired.

Stop drinking the weird tea. It looks like that's a potential side effect. Try Dulcolax if you want to go more softly than Senokot.

No it's stilll legal for the moment but read ianzombies post about scaremongering which this just might be. I haven't had time to do a full investigation or research on the Queens speech and it's implications so forgive me for adding to the scaremongering until I find the facts.

I must have misunderstood your post the other day UKAnon when you said you had been taking Warrior Blaze Fat Burner and had lost 5lbs and don't feel hungry, does that not constitute a change in diet?

Coupled with the tea it is no wonder you are experiencing a change in your bowel movements.
