Dalai Lama

I am an atheist but find the Dalai Lama a great spiritualist,spreading love and peace with great wisdom. A man with real feelings! Rather listen to him than to a fictional creation!...Each to their own though if it gives you contentment and happiness!!

Buddhism is one of the nicer faiths I think. I always enjoy speaking to Buddhists when they come to the market square in our nearest town. I'm thinking of going to their temple for meditation classes.

His book, 'The Art of Happiness' is worth reading too. I found it to be a great help, at one stage of my life.

I could become a Buddist. I like the whole concept but it must be difficult to follow truly.
