What Has Happened To My Face !!

got a lot of sun today, now after 2 hours ive woken to see minute small spots all over my forehead, face and especially around lips and chin and upper lips...

on my chin alone there must be 20 small white heads WT....!!

any idea what it could be, what cream can rid quickly, home remedy ?

Are they painful?
Are they just one side of the face OR both sides (cross the mid-line)?
Are they blebs ( filled with fluid)?

My first thought would be heat rash or similar allergy. Stay out of the sun and use something like aloe vera/aftersun lotion and see if they go away.
