Think that I'm loosing touch with reality.
How do I know that even AB exists outside my mind? Or this post?
Everything now feels like a dream. Ive stopped eating because I cant see the point. I feel blocked at every turn when I try to access medical attention, its all a bad dream.

Off to bed now. I hope you feel a bit more positive in the morning, Nails. Good night. x

Nailit-The only advice I can give you at this moment in time is to put the laptop away ,have a cup of warm milk and try to relax quietly for about an hour before going to bed. One of the worst things to do at this time of night is to over-excite your brain and then you can't sleep. Hope that you feel better tomorrow.

Thanks for all replies. Sorry I didn't get back to you all last night, I just needed to go to bed. My head was cream crakered.
Felt a little more settled today in myself. Im well aware of how I must be percieved at times on here and been told often enough...self pitying, drunk, get a job, etc. But I also appriciate the support from others, thank you.
Im just struggling a bit at the mo with various issues which combined make me feel as tho im loosing my grip on reality.
Still had nothing at all to eat today but am going try and keep down a bit of salad and cheese in a min.
I know that I come across as a wa n ker at times but thanks for supportive posts.

And thanks Yogi for the Right Said Fred post,
Gave me a moment of laughter and relief from this feeling that ive got...
You dont want to eat, feel depressed/suicidal/halucinations & manic. My son vomits every morsal he swallows, continual foam spitting & he resembles a starved biafran. Docs just shrug with no prognosis. Watching him fade is torture as his latest malady is painful legs that he lifts out of car. His boss has eased his work load thankfully but my son wants back his full active life... bills n all. Nailit youre lucky in comparison.
Nailit, I have been thinking about you today.

Here's my thoughts.
You have a skill, you are a painter and decorator. You are not some useless reprobate living of the state. Utilise that skill, get to work. Print some cards and post them through the old people's bungalows in ...Smallthorne? Get some testimonials from people you have worked for in the past. Get out of your flat and make the most of what you have to offer.

Don't waste your life away moldering in misery. Do something positive with the skills you have.

Well said Tilly - get yourself out there with the painting and decorating. In spite of people saying there's no work out there - there is and it is great for people to have a number drop in their hall and all they have to do is ring.

Where I live and there are only 13 houses - the residents never stop painting and papering. Some redo their houses every year.
I realise that what I wrote above is easier said than done, Nailit, but perhaps it will give you something to aim for. x
i also laughed a lot at yogi's post and hoped you would see the funny side :)
