Ever since I misplaced my dictionary, I have been at a loss for words.

Today I heard on the news that there was a spillage of syrup on the motorway. It makes a change from the usual jams.

My partner keeps going in the loft. I think he must be coming down with something.

I got sacked on my first day as a tree surgeon. All I did was attempt to remove a man’s appendix with a conifer.

A lorry has shed its load of pepper mills on the M1. Traffic has ground to a halt.

The letter M is very rare in the English language. You only see it once in a Blue Moon.

I have just heard a joke about a Milkman. Must be doing the rounds at the moment.

I went to university three times in three different disguises. I got found out after they gave me the third degree.

My car broke down on my way to work this morning. It was really disturbing to see it cry.

My friend couldn’t recall what muscles contracted in the chest when breathing. So I showed him a diaphragm.

I took my kid down to the local park this morning, I was thrown out, apparently baby goats are not allowed to graze there.
