On first sight I'd have to say I doubt it. Or if it does, it's the "Good Sense" eating guidelines rather than the patch. The patch contains Fucus Vesiculosus which, according to The Seaweed Homepage, "is used in cosmetic preparations" - ie not in weight loss!
