Going Vegan...
137 Answers
...for a month to see if it makes a difference in how I feel mood and health wise.
I use almond milk anyway but I've bought loads of dairy free alternatives and I like most meat free burgers, sausages etc. Some supermarkets do packets of grains and pulses with different flavourings such as Mexican which I quite like but it's all making me feel quite bloated.
This is my 2nd day and I would really like to keep going but I'm having trouble with the bloatedness.
Any advice on where I'm going wrong and what I should be doing? Will it settle down eventually?

I have no problem with what they want to eat but when they want to interfere with my lifestyle then they can go take a running jump. What is the worst thing in my humble opinion is the ones who insist on feeding their dogs and cats a vegan diet - vegetarian is bad enough but to me it is downright cruelty to subject a pet to their choices when they claim it is cruel to harm animals.
No idea why anyone does it to be honest.
I’ve had veggie burgers given me by my sister at hers and tasty as they were the salt content alone is far more contradictory to one’s health.
Vegan seems far too draconian to me but each to their own.
Cows and bees produce what they do naturally with no death, bleeding or suffering so why you’d deny yourself those too is beyond me.

Pipe down peeps....as some on my thread have pointed out, I am trying a vegan/plant based diet to see how it effects my health.
I'm not here to dictate to others what to and what not to eat. Also, please don't ridicule me. I've asked about how to calm the bloating down and what may cause it, not opinions on my mentality about choosing to do this for a month.
