On reading my copy of Heat last week, my boyfriend exclaimed with horror "I simply cannot believe that a woman could let herself get over 10 stone - that is morbidly obese". My size 12, definitely over 10 stone frame sat in stupefied silence. Comments please.

It must be wonderful to be going out with such a perfect physical specimen as your boyfriend!! By the way...what colour is the sky in his world?

Has he ANY idea of the average height/weight ratios for women? 10 stone is a very acceptable weight for any woman from 5'4" up (depending on frame) and of course if they are sporty in anyway, their weight be be over the 'ideal' due to muscle mass.

And

I agree with the others - he probably has no idea what 10 stone actually looks like. And he would probably be genuinely shocked if you told him that what you weigh.

However, until he decides to get his out of of whichever orifice it's stuck in, i would suggest he should keep his remarks to himself.

What i was alose gonna say was...so what if someone is overweight anyway - there can are many reasons why people are overweight. And who is he to judge?

Get rid of him,he's not worth wasting your breath over.If he thinks he's so damn perfect,let him see,with comments like that,if he ends up in a happy fulfilling relationship with Miss Perfect.I think not.You're better than that & despite what people say,Mr Right is out there somewhere,just do'nt waste your time on knobs like him!!
