Hi all.
Have spent most of the last few days in bed.
Breathing problems and pain.
On top of that, I am suffering the worst of depressions.
Am waiting for an MRI bit can't have it during the present crisis.
Just fed up and on the lookout for something to lighten up.
Thats my moaning over for now. :-(
Glad to know you are still with us, Theland. I think many of us are feeling a bit on the 'down' side, but I have suffered from depression and that is so much more than 'a bit down'. Stick with us and you know that you will climb out eventually. Are your breathing problems anything to do with the pollen count? I have developed painful sinus pain today, probably due to pollen and allied to my asthma. Concentrate on the lighter side. :)
It's good that you are able to tell us on here how you feel, Theland.
Although I don't often join in, I do enjoy your debates and discussions on here, especially when you and Nailit start circling each other.
I do hope you are soon feeling better both in body and in spirit.
Hope you soon feel better. Go for the drowsy drugs, just enough to keep you comfortable. Can you get any fresh air and sun? Pop into GMEB some mornings you have friends there
Sorry you've been ill, Theland.
The pollen count is high lately and effecting lots of people. I know a lot of asthmatics are advised to shut windows.
If it's your lungs, there's some good breathing exercises yok can do to strengthen them on line. In fact I'm sure someone put a link on AB. Hope your depression lifts for you soon. Awful affliction. Try to stay positive. x
Wishing you improved health, Theland. Like others have said, it would do you a world of good to sit out in the sun. Take advantage of it while it's there.
Oh my love, horrible place to be. I find watching either cats and/or dogs on you tube doing funny things brighten me up or 'random acts of kindness' is quite humbling & has a feel good factor IMO Take care x
Depression is a real problem at the moment, the trouble is the best treatment is often exercise and activity. Difficult when you are short of breath and in pain. Try to play around with your meds so you take just enough to keep the pain at bay and try to do some deep breathing exercises at least. Even if it's for a few minutes early or late try to get some fresh air even if all you hear on Merseyside is seagulls coughing,
Hope you start to feel better soon!
I think most of us could do with some cheering up at the moment and sometimes you just need to take a break from all the doom and gloom in the news.
I don't know what to suggest but go for a large helping of what ever floats your boat.
Wishing you well.
