my 81 yr old mum was done last week, so i assume its old people first?

then people with auto immune diseases?

I have asthma so was just wondering approximately when i could expect to get a letter.

im not worried, & my asthma is mild, im just curious as to whether theres a plan.

a postcode lottery is inevitable - I would hate to be the logistics planner for this little exercise - as long as they aren't (i) sending vaccines to France et al (maybe Ireland given them going ballistic with Pres. Ursula) and (ii) giving vaccines to the next group down but not, say, two groups down.

Joko, I think progress through the priority lists depends a bit on where you live. The East Riding population averages quite a lot older than the UK average. But, from talking to people, I can say that most (if not all) of the 74 yr.-olds upwards in our village have now been vaccinated. Next tranche will probably be the O.70s, with those at risk being prioritised.
