Hi

Male mid 40s here
10 days ago I had a nasty vomiting bug which I recovered from but in the last 4 days I've been more tired than usual especially in my legs
I feel like I've ran up a mountain at times

I have no other symptons and am otherwise healthy could this be the residue of the bug I had?

Could it have been covid? The exhaustion that causes can last quite some time.
Yes.
Maybe a silly question but, have you been running up mountains?
Could be an electrolyte imbalance due to being dehydrated for a long time when you were sick. Try drinking Sports drinks, or coconut water. You could also be low on potassium, so maybe try bananas. Hope your aching legs feel better soon.
Good answer by Patsy ^^^
I`ve had many vomiting bugs in my time (too much time in certain continents) I can't say I have ever had the symptoms you describe. Have you done a covid test?
