any tips for cystitis?
used to get it quiet a lot a few years ago and had a lot of tests and everything was normal. its now back been the docs and theres no bacteria so dont need antobiotics. im drinking loads of water and cranberry juice ,avoiding alochol and sugary food and taking some potassium sachets from the chemist and its cleared up just wondering how others deal with it and if anyone had any tips?

Or cranberry juice if it is 25% concentrate. And lots of water everyday. Always have a wee after any sexual activity and try pouring warm water on yourself if it burns when you wee. Also making sure you fully empty your bladder is important, leaning back rather than forward when on the loo can really help with this. Hope that helps
