i have just started the cilest pill, but have not started it on the start of my cycle as recommended. my period starts in about 3weeks.


therefore am i fully protected if i keep taking this pill

no your not protected im not on cilest but mine says that must take precauctions for 7 days if not started on the day of your period. there should be a guidence leaflet inside the box.

No you are not protected. I used to take cilest. You should have started taking it after reading the instructions. You will probably now get 'break through bleeds' as well and mess up your monthly period cycle.
