hairy legs

this probally sonuds a bit weird.i dont know how common/uncommon it is but my friend has the same problam.the hair doesnt seem to grow underneath our socks.does anyone know if this happens to many people,why and if you stop covering them does the hair grow back and how long would that take.cheers

It doesnt take long to grow back. I practically live in jeans and i have not had to shave my legs for over 20 years except in the summer when i wear a skirt for a couple of weeks. Its not so much the covering up but the friction our clothes cause!
