Small swelling

I have noticed a small swelling behind my ear, it is about the size of a small pea. It doesn't hurt and I feel absolutely fine. I only noticed it when I put my glasses on.

I did notice on another website that there is a lymph node behind the ear so should I be concerned out am I worrying unnecessarily?

Yes its fine I too have a small pea sized swelling behind my left ear .I work for a private doctor and asked him ,he says if its not sore and causing you no trouble leave it as it is
