Cod Liver Oil

If someone's on a diet (not me!) is it ok to take cod liver oil?

You can google those and get a heap of sites you can get them from, although I suspect your local Boots or Holland and Barret will stock them too.

Cod liver oil is good for two things that I know about.. One- Its brain food... Two- it helps ya poop
