Turn on or turn off??
24 Answers
Why is it that men in general find the idea of watching two women in bed together a massive turn on,but women in general aren't turned on in the slighest by the thought of two men in bed together??
(note I said in general - I know we dont all think the same!!)

Sorry to all the gay men out there but the thought of anal sex is gross! I also think from a mans point of view, 2 women could have sex together and not be gay but for 2 men to do it, it would be a big no no unless they were gay. Do you know what i mean by that? The women in the fantasys are usually hetrosexual whereas a man would have to be gay! in my opinion!
none whatsoever! I am guilty of it too though Kazzianne, i have no problem watching 2 women but if men start kissing it turns me right off and i don't want to see it, Maybe thats just cause of my sexuality though, i don't know. Honestly, to me, like i said, its a lot to do with what they actually do together that makes me cringe.I can't think about that. But no offence to them!
I think the male principle at work here is 'one woman good - two women better'. Men fancy women themselves, so they see nothing odd in other women doing the same. unruliejulie there are other acts that men do. In fact, much of today's heterosexual repertoire - particularly oral and anal - seems to have been taken from homosexual practice; if you look at the sex manuals of about 40 years ago you'll see that these are usually relegated to an 'unusual practices' chapter at the end. Now they are commonplace.
i don't have any sex manuals from 40 years ago jno, could you lend me yours please lol I think that is what we think of when we think about gay sex though and you are spot on about men finding women attractive anyway so thats ok, however, we find men attractive but as Kazzianne said, it just doesn't do it for (most) of us women.
A lot of naivete in this thread! Sex is sex - people have always done the same things for centuries. What is listed in old sex manuals does not reflect what people were actually doing - they were prescriptive, not descriptive. There's no such thing as gay or straight sex - and anal isn't the be-all and end-all (sorry!) of gay sex (statistically you'll find that more women have anal sex than gay men). Whatever turns you on. As another poster said, it's usually just the quantity that does it for a het man (ie. two or three women, however badly they're trying to act like lesbians, are better than one). Plus the het-man paranoia that watching anything with male genitalia in might suggest (heaven forbid) that they're gay.
