Is it true that Gravol can help put somebody to sleep?


And that many people use it as a pill to put them to sleep?

Good morning.....If you gave them enough it would,some people use it to get high, but it`s usually used to stop travel sickness

Haha thanks zeus. I was wondering because Im going to be doing a 56k run and I know I wont be able to sleep because of excitement, and I was told to take a gravol to put me to sleep the night before the race... No I dont want to eat the rocks on the ground hahaha
