You may not be able legally biscuitboy, But I have found in the past a smack in the earhole tends to stop people being a pain in the arse !!! good luck hope you get it sorted

The police will do nothing other than advise you about the protection of harrasment act as mentioned before, but like i said, as pointed out to me by the police,anyone could have sent said text if they get hold of a phone.
