hi all, my usual exercise regime consists of aerobics 3 times a week, some pilates, and going on my cross trainer. but since i have injured my shoulder i haven't been able to do any of it and i'm getting fat!! i'm eating sensibly but my clothes are getting too tight. have any of you got any suggestions of what i can do that doesn't involve my arm or shoulder in anyway?? i don't want to put anymore weight on!!! thanx xXx
Awww Wardy, I think you should actually remove the braces and stick with the teeth as they are. How many other people would be able to eat an apple through a picket fence with their own substandard gnashers?
awww ray you are such a sweetie!! that was just a good photo if you saw me first thing in the morning, or now after i've been crying my eyes out coz of my song post you might think differently!!
