hi all, my usual exercise regime consists of aerobics 3 times a week, some pilates, and going on my cross trainer. but since i have injured my shoulder i haven't been able to do any of it and i'm getting fat!! i'm eating sensibly but my clothes are getting too tight. have any of you got any suggestions of what i can do that doesn't involve my arm or shoulder in anyway?? i don't want to put anymore weight on!!! thanx xXx
I find that hard to believe, I have seen your picture you are georgeous, but a great exercise for the tum is to keep going up and down the stairs or even just a bit of step aerobics, or sit ups, won't take you long to lose a little bit, take care, Ray
