Anyone got any good cures for water retention?

Sure do: make an infusion from fresh or dried parsley and drink several cups per day. Celery soup is guaranteed to have you up p-ing all night. In summer, fresh carrot & celery juice is a great drink as well as a de-tox. Get off the salt, too.

Just read your cures, they sound interesting and easy to prepare.  I will certainly give them a go.  I often detox throughout the year but this seems to have no effect, infact I have just had colonic irrigation this week, what an experience, not too uncomfortable at all!  Here's to wonderful legs!!!
