I have Reynauds Syndrome and to say it is not dangerous is highly misleading.
Severe Raynaud's can lead to gangrene and the loss of fingers or toes. In rare severe cases, nerve surgery called "sympathectomy" may be considered. The nerves stimulating constriction of the vessels are surgically interrupted in order to prevent blood vessel spasms.

If you smoke, you should stop as soon as possible, as it aggravates the symptoms and worsens the condition.
