Is there anyone else who has a bad reaction when eating bread but does not have a wheat allergy? I've recently discovered my problem is not with bread but the mould inhibiter that's put in it. Am interested to see if anyone else has a problem.

my girlfriend's belly swells up after eating white bread
Bread is probably the second most common allergy causing thing after dairy products. For some it is the wheat/gluten that is the problem, for others - like me - it is the yeast and rarer still is the allergy that you have. Try Rye bread or see if you can get organic breads that don't have thie mould inhibiter added - or make your own. Amara xxx
