surely it has to be to do with your posture! if i sit at certain positions, i can get a numb arm or hand.... do you have the correct chair , that supports you properly whilst sat at the pc?
saw your post re broken knuckle i got the impression you dont seem too sympathetic ............. but i know when posting we can all seem a bit glib at times no disrespect intended .
Ethel is right. It means you have it all positioned wrong! You monitor should be right in front of your face and your body shouldn't be twisted in any way! You hands should be able to rest completely easily and still type. Back straight.... you more than likely need an elbow rest too. Is there enough desk infront of the keyboard?
i didnt think any of me responses made me sound angry.
i never wish to offend anyone, i just type what comes into my head, and answer the question as i see it. whichj is what all this is about.
plus so many people self diagnose themselves... so in that partiucular thread, it just thought that if they had a broken knuckle confirmed then medical advise would already have been given at this stage.
dont take things to heart crete, neenee has been helping and just asking you merely how you sit so she/he can provide you with the right info. I'd say its your back too. Sometimes when I slouch top of my neck starts to hurt and I end up needing a big stretch :-)
