I've noticed my knees are hurting during & after my weekly Step Aerobics class... I guess it's quite a high impact class. Any hints or tips? Would better thicker soled/cushioned trainers help?
anything like that is tough on the knees, jogging is about the worst. Try a non-impact form of exercise like a rowing machine, cycling or swimming. Some peoples knees are tougher than others and it sounds to me like you should steer away from it for risk of compounding the problem.
