it turned up just as i posted, was bl00dy gorg, didn't last long and the egg was nice and runny mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, i feel better now, might even knuckle down to some work!

I think the trick is just to ignore any of these contretemps .... I just pick the questions that I think I can contribute to, and ignore the ones that have 'gone Russian'. I have a very high opinion of AB and think there are some very interesting and clever people on here. When I have needed information I have found that within a few hours I have some excellent links and ideas and have followed many of them up.
