am i crazy??

as i've read in various places deja vu is somekind of small seizure in the brain or a kind of unbalancment of chemicals in the brain. i have deja vu numberous times a day. i know how the day is going to go before i even really start my day out. i'll be at school and i'd know what people were going to say or do before they did. i feel as if i've already lived the life that i am certianly in. what is happening to me? should i go to a doctor?

Deja Vu on the scale you state (several times a day) has been linked to Schizophrenia and Anxiety. This is caused by Temporal Lobe Epilepsy and is possibly a neurological anomaly related to improper electrical discharge in the brain.

Deja Vu could be nothing more than an incorrect memory recall or an overwhelming sensation of memory when in fact you are processing information for the first time.
