Nicotine stains

Apart from the obvious, "Give up smoking".
Does anyone know of an effective way to get rid of nicotine stains on fingers, caused by smoking roll-ups ?

Try lemon juice with a non-stick scourer or a nail brush.

I always used to wash the area with soap then rub hard with a towel. It does leave stains on the towel but is fairly effective.

My father used to use a Pummice Stone, it worked, but I don't know if you can still get them.
