sandy,
if you have no other symptoms i would not worry to much, lots of people have palpatations, i do myself from time to time,
my doc told me when i first experienced em
that they could have a number or causes,
mostly nothing to worry about.
my sister inlaw gets palpitations when she drinks gin - what alcohol do you drink?
Question Author
i drink white wine.worth a thought though.i know someone who gets this after drinking vodka.maybe it's finally catching up with me.not thought about the alchohol thing thing before.
I had these for a while when I was stressed out, they were horrible! Try not to worry about them and do deep breathing etc. They will prob go away soon.
