I want to lose a bit of weight fast any good ideas on how to do so without affecting my health so much thanks SS xxx

I used Slimfast, set myself a time limit and lost three stones in three months. It is easy to stick to as you get to eat snacks between meals (Slimfast chocolate caramel bars!). No way could I do a lettuce leaf diet.
A cheap alternative to slimfast, just eat cereal instead of a shake. A slimfast shake is about �1.20, a box of cereal which will last you 7/8 portions is only �2.50ish. If you choose your cereal carefully you will get the same nutrients.

Swimming. It tones as well!
As far as eating goes as long as it's balanced and your doing exercise frequently then a little bit of what you fancy every now and then will do you no harm =)
no carbs after 6 o clock
and 3 propper meals with no snacks

I know you keep on asking, but short bursts of intensive weight loss are not the answer! You need to set yourself short and long term targets which are both sensible and easily achievable (for morale and willpower) but also for realistic weight loss (results mean prizes!). If you lose weight over a longer period of time - providing you really need to of course - then you will look and feel much better and can easily sustain through self motivation.

God luck, but make sure you really do need to lose weigt before taking on any new regimes. Sometimes you just need to alter something slightly in your life (exercise, eating and driniking habits etc) rather than embark on a crash diet.
