This week I started taking super strength fish oil capsules. The thing is I have been feeling nauseous, lightheaded and weak. Could the tablets be the cause?

I guess they were too strong for my stomach - I threw up every time. My husband also tried taking them, and ended up with lots of mouth ulcers. shazzabell, Fish oil both in capsule form or food can cause nausea. I take the super strength caps with no problem's but my other half literally chucked up so he had to stop. I buy mine from Healthspan UK. It costs me 6.00 for 90 capsules. Omega 3 fish oils. Some people cant tolerate the gelatine coating so that could be another reason for your nausea. I cant see where the light headedness and weakness come into it though. Could you maybe have picked up a bug? Daisy.
