i want to know if anyone out there with bipolar has found it difficult to find the right medications. I am going through a medication change and it is really difficult. I was told by my doctor that this can be normal. Also any advice about how to deal with this?

I don't think your link is an answer to everyone that suffers from Bipolar, I for one know peeps that have taken different roads from this one and without medication.
