To be honest, I don't see what's wrong about not replying instantly to answers! Some people (including me), are actually at work and log in to ask a question, or browse for a few minutes, then log off and go back to work. Not everyone can be logged in constantly and keep an eye on replies. I don't actually have any advice to give to the poster, just wanted to point this out. :-)
