dilemma

i have been dating someone for a short time but have reservations about him. he gives the impression that he defo fancies me etc.and is v. complementary but goes on about other girls being hot and ex-girlfriends being gorgeous, able to get anyone they wanted etc. It really gets on my nerves and am tempted to tell him i'm not interested - should i give him a bit more time?
