Well we all have something, don't we?? Mine is the fact that I don't have toe nails on both of the little toes on my feet! Well, they are so small they aren't much bigger than a grain of rice, so when I paint my toe nails I have to paint the nail varnish onto the toe itself so I look as though I have nails!! Now that is wierd!! Come on then, what about you lot??

My sister can turn her eyelids inside out....yuk

My son can do the same as liquidspace.

My other son can roll his belly.

I've got double jointed thumbs and make them look really weird.
Also, the amazing thing about me is I am winning the contest, when in reality my oddities are fairly tame.

Wrong again minter, it cannot be fired left handed and it never will be, I left recently and as a left handed firer was unable to have one converted to left handeness.
No-one has to try to make you look stupid you do a great job of that yourself
i dont have any boringggggggggggg old me
after my operation I can now turn a blind eye as well as the other cheek.
AR-15 are only issued to special forces joe, and as far as I know Intelligence Corps offices are not special Forces and I should know being ex Int myself and my son is a serving IC officer in Iraq
My eldest son has strawberry blond hair like me, and at the back he has 2 very pronounced light blond stripes, horizontally. Yesterday, in the sun, we noticed his little brother seems to be growing his own now, too.

Maybe one of my quirks should be that I gave birth to 2 tigers?
It can't be fired left handed? No the STANDARD one can't as said. But it can be readjusted no problem.

We'll keep that a little secret shall we you sorry sack of scotch sh!ite.

Q) How can a rather fun thread be ruined?

A) Get lambert to start a row.
Pinkfizz. My mum, me and all my brothers and sisters have the same little toenail phenomenon as you.

I can squirt stuff out of my eyes, a recent discovery when laughing with a mouthful of cider. I can make sherbert fizz out of my nose too but thats not very pleasant.

As for one liver, I too was born with just one.

GS - thats funny, my mum and sister have the same toenails(or not!) as me as well!
There is only one standard weapon you buffoon, you will never find a left handed SA80. the weapon has only had one modification in it's 20 years service with the Army and that was to re-design the cocking handle as it kept falling out. Go on ask a soldier
sorry to prove you wrong again minter but you started the arguement with your lies
I can put a fruit pastille in my mouth without chewing it!
...notices its all gone quiet whilst everyone is wikipeding sa80's...
Who really cares anyway?
its a male thing I think...
That'sTHE operation I should have had. Cocking handle redesigned to stop it from falling out.
One modification????? Probably nearer 30, you stupid man. Of course there is only ONE STANDARD. That's what STANDARD MEANS.

If there were two different standards, they wouldn't be standard would they?

I have fired many SA-80's both STANDARD and lefties. I shoot left mind. My issue in active service was the AR-15, which is both.

Lambert, I could never be outwitted by a nurse who thinks Queen Cd's on the wall are cool. A repetitive slur, no doubt, but really...........................tut tut.

And King Arthur, you are clearly wrong. The AR-15 was issued to all tri-service personel under many UN and NATO ops, as you well know.

look at question Q Will the A2 be able to be fired from the left shoulder?
I rest my case
as I said minter you are a stupid little man with no military experience,
I didn't even do a wiki until you said, but know I have

The left-handed XL68 was also rechambered in 5.56 x 45 mm as the XL78. The 4.85 mm Light Support Weapon was titled the XL65E4 (XL69E1 for left-handed shooters), and in 5.56 mm ultimately became the XL73E3, noted for the full length receiver extension with the bipod under the muzzle now indicative of the type.[3]

Oh dear, wardy was right all along.
