Ive heard this so many times>> " Ive been slogging all day, Ive done three loads of washing and dried them and ironed it all"

What a cop out!!! three loads of washing equates to about five minutes work, putting it in the machine and taking it out, and then putting it in the tumble dryer, OK it takes a little longer if you actually hang your washing on the line!!
I have only learned to do ironing in recent years, it really is the easiest job on the planet, and so many things these day don't even need ironing!! I could do it all day long and still feel refreshed at the end of it, I cant believe that so many Women still bang on about this being such hard work!!

I'm just lucky carakeel isn't one of them!!

Its a walk in the park!!!

I'll gladly give up the washing machine, tumble dryer etc, but I will NEVER give up my hairdryer and straighteners!!!!!!!!!!!!!x

today I have done 2 loads of washing, 2 loads of ironing, washed all the windows on both floors, hoovered, washed the floors. Put shelves up in the kids bedroom, patched a wall in the hall with plaster and I am about to paint the ceiling. I dont have anyone to brag to, so I am glad you have given me the opportunity. i use some aerosols.but not as much as the ladies of the world spewing out toxins to hold your hair in place .tut tut .and get some terry nappies ya lazy b!nts and stop polluting the planet .lol

When you have to look after children as well as the monotony of looking after a half witted partner that has nt a clue where the washing basket is even though you remind them every day, the boring crap of having to do some one elses dirty under wear wishing to god that you could go to work but cant at the present time cos the kids are too young then i think you have something to moan about.
I think your absolutely right washing is nt hard.....Its the monotony of it all and your very lucky if thats all your doing all day!!!!
