i have just been on my kids trampoline and had a good jump , only problem is i have a little wet patch in my knickers now :( how many woman that have had kids can jump on trampoline and get of with dry pants lol

Bless you sleepy, that is so funny, but I cant sympathize as I havent had any lil ones.... but I have heard this can happen...fact of life unfortunately.....glad you had a good jump chick :-)
I could jump on a trampoline, whilst laughing, with a full bladder and sneeze 50 times without leaking. You need to tone your pelvic floor young lady!
Just so you dont despair I know a physiotherapist that has helped 80 yr old incontinent women become totally dry again, so it would be no trouble lifting those muscles for you!
More to the point- why haven't you changed your undercrackers yet?

lol it was only a little bit . i have just had a shower now so i have new knickers on thank you i will do so pelvic floor exercise .
I can, but then both my kids were c-sections! Also, being able to contract and relax your pelvic floor helps with your love life!
Also, not wearing pishy pants also helps with your love life!

My first was 9lb 13 and lying back to back - there was no way he was coming out of any parts - mind you , they did let me try for 36 hours just in case. He wouldn't have fitted through a cat flap never mind out of a human being! Played safe with the 2nd and had an elective section a week before my due date.

Oh dear leaky sleepy , not been doing those squeezy exercises with your undercarriage , or your mid-flow stops have you ? May be only a little bit now but better fix it now than wait til you bounce one time and end up with a prolapse. :-)

Just pregnancy alone will effect your pelvic floor, how you deliver is not the issue. Think of the weight of that baby pressing on your pelvic floor.
