hi i know this is sad but

today i heard that one of my good friends was killed off his motorbike ,

he was 24 and i can't beleive it , it has shocked me beyond belief
It makes u put things into perspective the fact that he will never marry , or have kids , or spend another night with us , today i have sent all my family and friends cards telling them all how much they mean to me
why do all the good people die earlier and all the crap , like racists , bullys , killers , etc live its just not fair

sorry to hear of your loss redhead thats tragic.it does seem that all the lowlife of society seem to get away with things but im sure they get their comeuppance eventually.i too have lost friends early in their lives.it does seem so unfair.

So sorry to hear of your loss today.
Somehow it seems to be worse when it happens to someone young. A young life taken. I too have lost a few young relatives but one thing I know. They never grow old in your memory. You will always think of them as being young.
Once you get the funeral over it will get easier.

To answer your question, The Lord works in mysterious ways.

He gave your friend the free will which ultimately he chose to exercise on a somewhat dangerous past time.

HItler was only 56 when he died, Saddam Hussein 69, Harold Shipman 58, Fred West 54, Myra Hindley 62 and Lenin 54. I.e not one of them reaching their three scores years and ten.

God does do some justice afterall.

My bloke has been riding motor bikes since he was 12 and only had one serious accident, Barry Sheene despite some horrific crashes on the circuit, died of cancer at 53. noone knows what they are in for but once you get on a motor bike, it seriously hooks you.

Dotty don't get me wrong. I have my full bike license and dallied for a few years on a rather large Kawasaki. Never came off, but had a few scarey moments with some unforeseen wet weather and a pile of leaves I decided to let this hobby rest.

I can see the attraction of speed especially when you spend 140k on a 6 litre supercar only to be beaten of the lights by a 5k lump of Japanese metal, and beaten comfortably!!!

I am sorry to hear your news, I heard today a 42 year old female (I thought she was alot younger and looked fit and healthy) client passed away with a heart attack.

A passing away does make you put things into perspective and your approach is a lovely touch.

Whilst we don't know the circumstances surrounding this tragedy, I have to say that from listening to my bloke over the years, most of the near misses he experienced were because of the total ignorance of other road users, he is the most safety concious guy you could meet but he says you can't allow for morons no matter how you try.
