Hi guys
Mrs johnlambert earns a kings ransom, I've got some investments, do some online consulting and also have my Army pension so I dont need to work, we talked it over last night and we agreed that I would stay at home looking after the johnlambert sprogs while mrs johnlambert continues with her career.
Now then ladies what do I do now?
I've breakfasted the boys, done the washing up, and got them dressed and they are watching cbeebie so now I'm bored, I'm on my umteenth coffee, what do you all do all day??

Tell you what i wished i had a house husband then wheni got him i would have nothing to do!!! how great that would be!! getting home to a nice clean house with dinner on the table!!!! pure bliss!!

Thats great John! I think 1st you need to impress mrsL by teaching the little one to nap! will make your day easier! If you make him really knackered in the morning he might manage a small one in the pm.

Are there any indoor soft play areas near you if the weather isn't good. They are great! The 4 year old should be old enough to play on the bigger area and you with the 1 year old in the smaller area.

Also a nice picnic in a park ar a kick about in the garden. Fresh air is good!

chav yourself and the kids up then hang round the local parks smoking and chugging stella, do not forget the excessive large 'gold' jewellery, to be worn outside of your shirt so everyone can see how 'rich' you are. oh and you might have to change the kids names to dwayne and kyle

Hi johnlambert - if there's a comedy club near you, what about becoming the afternoon stand-up. You had me in hysterics, and the kids could help behind the bar (just cleaning and collecting glass obviously - I wouldn't dream of recommending that you break the law)

Bake your mrs some fairy cakes and get the boys to decorate them, then you can eat cake mix on the quiet. Just make sure your eggs are salmonella-free!!

Let them dress up? My eldest is, at this moment, dressed as Darth Vader and will stay that way all day I expect. When I want him to do anything I only have to say "could Lord Vader please tidy up.." etc and he's off, with endless energy (and a light sabre) to get the job done!

*thinks...I'll have to get the Dark Lord to clean the bathroom...*

nutgoneflake: I'm making chicken parcels for mrs JL ( cut a pocket in chicken fillets, fill with sun dried tomatos, french brie and fresh basil,wrap chicken fillets in cling film, then in kitchen foil) bring to boil then simmer for 30 mins until tender and serve on a bed of tagliatelle)
