Stealing questions from Talk Sport but what is the worst pain you have ever sufferred??
Mine is the stomach cramps I get BEFORE (not during) offloading an 18 wheeler which normally involve me gripping the sides of the bath panel and sink!
I know, a doctors visit is probably wise.

Luckily (or unluckily) for me I was p*ssed at the time so didn't feel anything until someone notices gallons of bloods leaking from my foot. Three days later I was at hospital being told off by a nurse for not getting it sewn up; it had gotten infected and I couldn't walk. That hurt pretty bad.
Standing on a three pin plug always really hurts, as does banging your head on the corner of a cupboard or shelf.

Having a burst appendix is definitely up there, but I think I'd have to go with the ear infection I had in both ears a couple of years ago. I would have happily shot myself, given a gun.
Although, the daily thwack round the head I get from my sister's ill-placed hanging basket is getting more and more painful.

Had tonsils and half soft palatte removed, and had to take tablet for medication eleven hours later - mmmmm!
Neuralgia - cried like a girl!
Slipped disc - not funny - still recovering.
Tooth extraction - dentist had to break tooth, fragment droped into cavity, ten hours later, fragment lodged itself against the nerve - couldn't walk I was in so much pain.
