Hairy hand!
44 Answers
I've just come back from physiotherapy on my wrist to be told that what I thought was a quirk from wearing a plaster-cast for 8 weeks was in fact my hormones going doolally.
My wrist and hand have developed hairs, and I don't mean soft blonde downy hairs, I mean really noticeable dark ones! He warned me that unless I use my wrist more it will get worse- Mr Boo said it'd be cool, like wearing a mitten permanently (!)
Anyhoos..........
I didn't ask my physio bloke at the risk of him looking at me like I was simple (ok, more simple then) but does anyone think it would be ok to use some sort of hair removal cream on it?

And Saks? Isn't that in the States? Think flying over for that is a bit excessive....lol
Yeah sleepy- the waxing idea is appealing to me :-)

You can try domestos. A girl I was at school with used it on her fringe and it dissolved all the hair and burnt the skin.
Jolene cream bleach is available in all chemists, or you could do what one of my sisters does with her moustache and buy a cheap blonde hair dye.
(I hope to gawd she isn't reading this or I'm for the mincer)

Im sure a depilatory of some sort will do just fine. Even waxing. May I ask please, have you been taking any steroidal applications, either topical or internal during the time of wearing the plaster? If so, and youve now stopped, you may find you no longer have this phenomena.
I wish you well
