Rash on my leg

I have got a rash on my thigh. It's all over my right thigh, but not my left, it's all red and pimply and very itchy, any ideas what it could be?

Look up a picture of JOCK ITCH on google. I wont post a link becuase invariably there will be a penis and the woman will moan.

It is basically a light yeast infection which can simnple just happen.

I`ve just got rid of mine (I hope) after many weeks but now thanks to BB I know what it was. It started just like yours in right groin and when going to doctor, he just glanced and gave Daktarin. Went back after another couple of weeks because no better but now both sides and was given Canestan. Went back again when it seemed to have spread and woke up and it was wet. Then got antibiotic tablets and another tube Canestan to take together and told should clear up in a week or go back. It does now seemed to have cleared up. On looking at JOCK ITCH site did not realise how common it is. If you do not want to go to doctor, you can probably get treatment from Chemist - suggest it is Jock Itch.
