If she is looking for creativity and really making an effort, but in effect will not cost that much, then she should go as Mr T from the A Team.
Assuming your daughter is a slim white female, going as a beefy coloured man will show inspiration.
What she needs.
Monkey boots
Mechanics Overalls or dungarees.
A thick leather belt or weight training belt
As many chains as she can find. If you go to a garden centre or DIY store you can cut your own lenghts of varying different links quite cheaply.
Black mans skin paint (from all fancy dress shops or Ebay, only a few pounds).
A light coloured swimming cap that will be coloured with the black mans skin paint.
For the mohawk hair, you can either dye sponge black and glue a mohawk down the middle and sides
Or cut a slit in the swimming cap, whilst sealing the ends so it wont split all the way and use her real hair sticking through.
But a black stick on beard.
Rings and gold dangly earrings to taste.
Sounds hard, but in reality quite easy. It will look fantasic, trust me.
PS, she must say things like
"You Crazy Fool"
"I Pity the Fool"
"I ain't getting on no plane"
