Has anyone got any good tips to alleviate pre-menstrual tension? I've tried evening primrose oil before, but didn't find it helpful. Any tips or strategies?
I'll give that a go. How long does it take to work? Some people who have told me Evening Primrose works for them, said that it takes three months for it to begin to work.
High strength Evening Primrose Oil combined with high strength St Johns Wort, which helps with mild depression, which is why I took the above in the first place. All the years I took the two combined, I had no depression and no PMT. Do give it may be a month or so to work. Bit of a bore I know but get right into exercise! Changes your life!
