Read what the Multi Vitamins contain, before you take anything else. You might not need the other two vitamins, Multi Vitamins usually contain Vitamin C and they may contain Zinc. Only take the recommended dose daily which is usually just the Multi Vitamin. I would only take it every 'other' day, anyway.
medically i haven''t a clue but my doc told me that your body can't store vits so any excess just gets 'flushed away', like i said i've been doing this for 4 years now and have no probs with it just minus the clod sores ;-) why not speak to a pharmacist they've probably got a better idea
Some vitamins such as C are flushed out of the body. Others such as A are stored in the body, and too much can be harmful. So if you are taking a multivitamin dont take more vitamins as well.
