They are available, usually a long wait. If you are in a rush, go private should cost you around �150, depending on where you live. Anout a 15 minute op under local anaesthetic. be prepared for some pain & tenderness after. You also need to do a couple of samples before you get the all clear. Don't think the NHS charge, but when I enquired the wait was 9 months +

Do a search for your nearest Marie Stopes clinic. I had one done there earlier this year. It was quick and (relatively) painless!
