There are so many questions on here with people asking for tips, I thought it would be interested to ask a general question to see what people do to keep themselves fit and healthy.

housework (im not a gym person) walking. i go to my mothers after work to eat as the kids are away.and my elder daughter lives on pizza and jacket potato`s which i dont like.

Lack of exercise and eating too much sugary, fatty food's to blame for a lot of ill health and being overweight. Years ago, people could eat dripping sandwiches and lots of dumpling stews and still managed to keep healthy, but they did more manual work, and women used to chase around after broods of children then and didn't use cars when they went shopping.
The extra sugar, salt and additives in food don't help these days, but if you eat decent food and exercise regularly, most weight-related problems don't exist.

But yes, I do. If you keep drinking steadily, it's not a huge amount, and it keeps your system flushed.

one word....WII...best form of exercise, perfect for people who cant be arsed and want the comfort of their home not jogging the icy pavements and it really does work im so sweaty and knackered after its UNREAL!
I cycle instead of taking my car. I do sit-ups, press-ups and lunges everyday. I also jog on a small trampette, because I hate jogging, and my knees hurt too much after it.

I always eat very healthy foods, and I'm tee-total. I'm not a fitness fanatic, but I have a heart condition, so I have to take care of myself.
I definitely drink too much especially at this time of year but try to undo some of the bad by going to the gym at least 3 times a week. Also weather permitting I walk to my parents on a Sunday which is a very brisk 45 minute walk (this is so I can drink!!). I do try to be quite healthy food wise though too and when I have a holiday coming up try to do extra sit ups about the house etc. Have been managing (touchwood) to avoid all the colds and flus for the past few winters and sure that this is helped by the exercise.
robknot yes I have, but now winter is here I havent used it for a bit and gave up smoking so put on weight :-(
My mind set really as I'm always dancing about and happy.
my job also keeps me fit and I eat as healthy as I can but I do indulge now and then.
I'm 37 and look 28
Im a binman and I run/jog approx 10-12 miles in my 5 hour working day.

I have to eat a LOT of food to maintain my normal weight.

Having a good sex session every night is the most fun way to keep slim ive found.
